Welcome to our fascinating cooking class at the charming farm in Agerola, nestled among the beauties of the Amalfi Coast.

Our culinary experience combines agricultural tradition with the art of local cuisine. During the course, you will have the opportunity to:

Tagliatelle

Egg fresh pasta. Their name derives from the verb ‘tagliare’ (to cut), as they are traditionally obtained by rolling out the pasta into a thin sheet and cutting it.

Have fun getting your hands dirty making homemade fresh pasta.

Stuffed ravioli

Main course of fresh egg pasta, filled and accompanied by various sauces, depending on the location and traditions.

You will learn to create delicious recipes from Campania cuisine using fresh ingredients grown in our fields.

Agerola Mozzarella

Agerola mozzarella is a soft, fresh, spun paste cheese, known worldwide for its quality. Mozzarella is often used in salads like the Caprese salad, with tomatoes, oregano, basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

You will proceed with the processing of Agerola mozzarella, starting from the fresh milk of our own cows, until you produce a splendid mozzarella.

Tiramisù

Tiramisù is a traditional Italian dessert made with ladyfingers soaked in coffee and covered with a cream, made of mascarpone, eggs, and sugar.

Prepare the tiramisù with fresh mascarpone, whipped cream, and ladyfingers soaked in coffee prepared with the typical Neapolitan moka pot.

Red or white local wine

In our cellar, you will discover the production process of our fine wine, from vineyard to the bottling.

During the course, you will have the opportunity to taste our wines, pairing them with the prepared dishes, enriching the culinary experience with the excellence of local flavors.

Our Farm in Agerola

Home-packaged dairy products and cured meats, with milk and meats from our farms according to ancient local traditions.

Vegetables from our garden, absolutely organic agriculture without pesticides and fresh of the day.

All the served products come from our crops and our farms, strictly under control and fresh of the day.

Fantastic day. The hosts were great. Plenty of home made wine and Limoncello. The cooking class was great fun. Met a lovely family also doing the class. It’s a great way to meet new people from all over the world. And the finale - the lunch - prepared by us was delicious. I can now make tagliatelle, tiramisu and mozzarella! Lunch was followed by a short walk to the top for the amazing view. I highly recommend this experience. Great value for money.
